Our Meritorious Service Award Cap is made of brilliant red satin twill. The double-headed eagle and cross design is machine embroidered in shiny metallic thread. On his chest is a red triangle, containing the gold embroidered MSA letters. The red band that wraps around the base of the cap is bordered in gold. An adjustable gold cord is secured on each side with a golden AASR cap button. The sweatband is made of leather.
